FULL TIME PERSONNEL & LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR (Offshore Operations)
Location: Kintore, Aberdeenshire, UK Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum Closing Date: 15/07/2022
Job Description & Key Duties
Reporting to the Technical Director and responsible for:
- Co-ordination and planning of the Company’s site-based personnel
- Supporting Project Managers for team selection for assigned projects
- Sourcing and vetting competent personnel and CV compilation
- Conducting Company inductions to new personnel
- Administer trade tests to ensure integrity maintained throughout the test
- Liaising with client’s logistics teams
- Mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to/from site
- Personnel tracking and planning systems
- Co-ordination of transport and accommodation bookings
- Training course bookings and administration
- Personnel file and database management
- Project administration
- Information pack management
- Understanding, employing and complying with all relevant Quality System policies and procedures
- Arrange PPE issue to new start personnel Considering and addressing the specific risks and opportunities in carrying out duties and implementing processes
- Enhancing and supporting customer satisfaction by meeting, or exceeding, customer requirements
- Understanding, considering and implementing business processes and how they relate to your duties
- Participating in effective communication
Necessary Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in personnel and logistics
- PC literate (Microsoft Applications)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines
- Willingness to be flexible to accommodate schedules out with office hours
- Work well in a team as well as under own initiative
Desirable Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
- Business Administration Qualification
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday – Friday

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
