AquaTerra Group is looking for an experienced Quality Administrator to assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organisation’s Quality Management System during a period of exciting change and business growth.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of the Company’s quality management activities, including but not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining a quality management system suitable to the needs of the business and customers in accordance with the requirements of IS0/IEC 17020:2012 and BSEN ISO 9001:2015
  • Updating and maintaining the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications in conjunction with operating staff
  • Making suggestions for changes and improvements to the company’s quality system
  • Ensuring effective communication and transfer of quality related information and objectives throughout the organisation and customer base
  • Adopting and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement in process and organisational performance and capabilities
  • Ensuring regular and continuous monitoring of Quality objectives as part of an annual improvement strategy
  • Assisting the HSE Manager with maintaining Environmental and Health & Safety management systems
  • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
  • Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
  • Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems

Preferred Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven track record of working with ISO 9001 (preferably :2015) systems
  • PC literate (Microsoft applications)
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • An understanding and appreciation of AquaTerra
